Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC)

It is the Secretariat of the Basic Education Commission, with the Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission as the head of the government agency and directly reporting to the Minister of Education. It is responsible for managing education at the basic level.

It is an agency of the Ministry of Education with the responsibility of developing children and youth at all levels who have talents and abilities in the fields of science, mathematics, and technology.
